At OUTTA we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tomasmeneses249@gmail.com , including photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale or limited drops may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
